CCP has inherent problem and conflict of interest in that their suppliers of PDP (banks and non banks) dont like competing with their wallet wizard product which has grown quickly...hence the divergent views on the PDP market........also there is a reputational risk with wallet wizard (close to pay day lending) and also collecting PDP's which is obvious........
