I think you will find that financial year 2022 saw the company buy a significant PERFORMING loan book (which means you get an immediate bump to payment arrangement balance). As those books are constantly liquidating, its hard keep up to that nominal number through the purchase of traditional non-performing loans. I think they have done a good job to keep the PA book relatively constant...
