Correct - I forgot that he bought a performing book some time back. The assessment that it would be difficult to replace the running down of the book with new payment arrangements is fair too when you consider that only a moderate percentage of the new PDPs end up on long term payment arrangements.
Again it gets back to managing to buy quality PDPs at a price which gives a good degree of early payment with the remainder holding a good number of debtors who are able and willing to pay - only at a slower rate of payment. Get the timing wrong and it becomes an entirely different story.
