@Pardner I was referring to the growth in spaces under managment numbers . You notice I didn't use the word profit .
I do fully understand what you are saying.
The company is using metrics that make it look better than it is IMO and to confirm how each old and new space is adding to business you need to back out teh new ones IMO. You also need to knwo how many contracts for spaces are due for expiry of contracta nd how much they are having to pay to retain / win new contracts.

I know you knwo teh stocka nd likewise I have followed it for years.
So back in 2019 did you buy in ( or keep holding ) and hold and are now up 100% or is it a more recent purchase ? Been an odd one and I keep a casual eye on and need to grab my spreadsheets and have a good look at it again.
