Establishing the size of a potential market is one thing penetrating that market sufficiently to generate profitable sales, is another. Developing and testing a product drains company funds with absolutely no returns until it hits the shelves.

At that stage, having spent a shit load to get it onto pharmacy shelves, the company need to generate funds to cover development costs, testing costs and also manufacturing and distributor costs. (I’ll assume the BOD is not inducing anyone with ‘under the table’ exchange of $$$!)
The manufacturing / packaging of CogniCann (and other MXC products) can only be done under contract to GMP certified companies who produce under specific formulations and packaging needs.

MXC does not have a facility anywhere near capable of producing this or any other marketable packaged CBD based product!

Unless the product is a miracle cure, it will sit on the shelf surrounded by competitors. Don’t forget, while the product might be Govt approved, there is a fair chance it will not be dispensed without a prescription from a General Practitioner. The chances of that happening are remote to say the least. Certainly not in quantities that support a cash strapped company like MXC! Remember GP’s basically get their ticket to practice from Big Pharma via the local country Medical Association equivalent.

Let’s face it, BIG Pharma rules the roost. They fund all University and Govt based laboratories. They run the Medical Associations and dictate their wants / needs to the likes of the FDA and TGA. Suffice to say what Big Pharma wants, Big Pharma gets…………………. and likewise, if Big Pharma does not want CBD being prescribed, it won’t be!

MXC will develop and test products until all their money is gone. Their investor / shareholder money pools have all but dried up. MXC knows this all too well. They have survived so far by kidding shareholders that the pot of CBD gold is in the next product. Sorry folks, but it isn’t!.

There is no rainbow and there is no pot of gold.
