After years of watching these ASX listed scams, I have come to the conclusion that they are nothing more than a laundering tool for directors and those in the know.
Run it at a loss and with some clever accounting shift the capital gains you have made from pumping the other listed compinies, property through it and get paid a massive salary, fees, rent, travel etc and a capital loss.
Who cares if the company doesn't work, it's better that way....kick the can for as long as you're able to and write it off and start again.
