re: Ann: COH Jury Trial Verdict on USA Patent... I agree it is bad form on the part of COH not to warn investors of an impending result. The company has struggled for a few years and it mostly seems bad news. However, it has good products with great science behind them and the weakening Australian dollar is also good news.
