I still believe ADN will make a scrip bid plus cash for MEP 25 %in the near future , as you know MEP board won’t work under others and would not like to rename their company . To be honest I’m not sure which way they’ll jump in regards to sale of NNPL especially prior to any patents or IP that may be developed ( carbon capture)
After speculating with a good mate ( happy hour )
I also believe a TO of the JV won’t occur until after the release of ML and DFS or other significant news maybe concrete when ADN SP is much higher so they can CR at a higher price than last CR
There we’re also talks of different avenues that could be taken to reduce tax implications but that’s when my eyes glazed over and I nodded my head as if I understood
