I remember seeing this back in February and it seems there are no further articles related to any insider trading. I have no understanding with how the ASX would report on those kinds of activities.
The company hasn't gone bankrupt and their most recent announcement said they were expecting strong financial results for the FY16 (report due in July or August I assume).
Both Empired and Intergen are still hiring.
Taking this into account, I am hoping for a strong price adjustment.
