Ann: Cohiba secures 80% ownership of the Olympic Domain tenements, page-73

There is one key point I can't get out of my head. Why would CHK fight in a legal battle to take 80% of Olympic, if there was nothing in the ground but dust? This obviously can't be the case, there is something well worth fighting for.
The recent ann has only told a small part of the story, the company must know lots more to bother fighting for the 80% ownership of OD. Too many factors to suggest this is bust as some non holders have said. Interest from all sides, BHP on boundary line, Director buying in at Market etc.
I would not be surprised if there was a very positive ann this week.
