There's lots of positives Bucky, even if you're speciality is to only see the empty half of the glass. Don't trust me, then look at theoc's post last Saturday, and he has been rather more sceptical than me for a while. I'm not denying there are issues but as Beazle above says, the biggest one at this moment seems to be a lack of knowledge outside our circle of what's really going on and NZ has been banging the drum on this for a long time. This is what management must address urgently and well.
