I find it interesting that you write that big pharma wouldn't fudge results about trial data.
What the world has been through in the past 3 years with the so called vax's was exactly as you mentioned above about using a sub clinical group to make their claims of "safe & effective".
If you were to watch an Aussie anaesthetist describing exactly after through analysis, of Pfizers dodgy claims for their product.
