Thanks zecs. Wow... is Recce a serial offender? Do many companies on the ASX do this sort of thing? What if one was to notify the ASX or ASIC? Would they take any action? Are they not misleading shareholders and potential investors? Given that the announcement is 'approved by the Recce board', in doing so are they not violating their fiduciary obligations?
