yep. they've been calling it phase I/II uti/urosepsis trial this whole time, including this announcement. all the slide decks show them being half way through phase 2.
but they clearly state in this announcement (for the first time?) data from this trial will inform a phase 2 efficacy trial .. it's basically just misinformation or lying at worst. needs to be called out on it.
