CEO plus director = Managing Director.
Very common, no conflict...well no conflict as long as you have a strong board (the MD is only one voice/vote) with independence and the strength to manage, challenge and oversee the MD.
So basically we're stuffed...but no more stuffed than the sham governance we have had until now.
