    Does this just put some cement on the partnership, or is the dough needed by Cokal and this is just a sweetheart loan to help out?

    If the former, then I wonder why its needed?

    If the latter, does that mean the current sales are not profitable, and they need cash?

    Sorry for my cynicism, just not sure why this is needed when they already signed and sealed a partnership deal!

    Appreciate opinions.
