Usual reaction to market release so far from Management, who gives a stuff.
We need to see sales are increasing because more barges have been obtained.
This release is all about spending nothing about increases to revenue.
What's happened to the MOU, has it been finalised? MOUs are not a binding contract and contractually mean SFA.
