Yes Dannyleb, excellent deal!. Can you confirm my calculation that CKA is paying the equivalent of $US4.40 per tonne of production - Strip Ratio for BBM from memory was around 22 BCM/t and it is agreeing to pay US20c per BCM of overburden removal. If it produces 2mtpa it will pay fees of $8.8m. Fortunately the fees are capped at $US40m. So, CKA borrows $US20m from the Chinese and repays $US60m. Is this how you see it?
