    my assumption is that CKA are trigger happy bunch of management who will share a good news even if that is supposed to take place months away. So if MBS had more spare barges then CKA would have already jumped the gun and told us that.

    thats my assumption.

    But your rumor news is nice -- Eddie if there is any truth to it - take it.
