The stock has recovered from it recent lows becuse the barges did arrive. But has it reinforced confidence in the management for a re-rate? No. Because like I said, they have a lot of convincing left to be done for market to take them as serious operators.
I bought some recently, so I do own the stock. But I still dont see a re-rate anytime soon. I will take 50 cents happily though.
