Possibly a stupid question (as I've only loosely followed this as part of the wider ASX coal sector) but why didn't they do this much sooner? Market obviously likes the news - up 31% as I write - but as someone looking on from afar, it seems a bit odd. "this (...) ensures that coal product can be delivered to the market in a timely manner". Surely with all the trouble they'd been having this could/should have occurred earlier, or am I missing something? Big caveat again, I haven't followed this closely so I may be totally off the mark here. That said, I think the real news in the announcement is that they've had to increase the debt facility by US$2M.
