NO, i call bullshit on that comment. When someone actually gives a timeline on every occasion ie bridges, roads, barges etc, and fails to deliver, its called shit management. Why would you give a timeline knowing every single bloody time its all bullshit to shut the market up. Why give a date? Why not just say sometime in the next 6 months instead of crap like “barges to arrive by xxx date? They have never ever hit a timeline once in the 5 years ive been here. Its either blown out by a hell of a lot or its mentioned no more.
