I was in a private investor group for an ex AVB, every GM, even in the bar after the meeting, the Directors told us that we will take the company all the way, planning for divies so on and so forth, sp meant while was suppressed much like CKA now, then came a low ball take over. the irony was the Directors were working in the past 3 years on the TO. Just a rant when sp is lingering and couldn't help with the feeling.
