Perhaps your reply was meant for Mondo instead of me? Not sure. I say that because it threw me a little when you say “They are already substantial holders so that does not appear to apply“.

I assume you mean the sections of the Corps Act cited in Mondo’s post? Ahanna is definitely a substantial holder, and the sections cited in Mondo’s post all relate to substantial holders. Particularly Form 604 in the current circumstances.

I’m confident the forms in Mondo’s post do apply to Ahanna but it’s the timeframes that may not apply. I’m just trying to link it back to Mondo1960 post about notifications.

Building on Mondo’s post, I think the news flow on corporate activities that we could expect includes;
- an ASX announcement about Ahanna option expiry/exercise (direct from CKA), plus
- a Form 604 (passed thru by CKA when received from Ahanna), plus
- disclosure of whatever other capital management activities take place (direct from CKA), but
- no certainty of getting news of a compulsory takeover (several exceptions in play under s.611 - particularly item 9)

Who knows with this lot. Cash is low and meaningful operating cashflow is still months away. Significant capex still be completed. Let’s see what unfolds.
