Im as frustrated as anyone with the lack of updates and slow progress, missed deadlines and everything else, but if you are at the point of publicly throwing shade at management and refering to them as "not a real company". Why hang around any longer. Find some where better for your money. One thing i can almost assure you is managements communication will not get any better.
