So what does this add up to? Owed to Dom and Pat: $616,000 for Directors fees and loans to the company. So issue 88 million shares at 7 cents and be done with it.
Maybe a case for the loans to be paid in cash but then again they agreed that Jimmy and Garry would sacrifice real entitled aud dollars for 7 cent shares.
