the road doesn't belong to CKA --- it's a old public logging road --- which CKA improved. for anyone else to use it, it won't be huge millions of cash -- but simply a deal to repair it right now and later co manage with CKA.

the loading terminal itself is just a piece of forest land, leased and cleaned up and levelled by CKA. such type of land is plentiful for anyone to go and lease in that same area and with Petroindo's financial muscle they can create a much much bigger storage and loading terminal at a fraction of the time.

yes there will be some JV and some co sharing of costs --- anyone expecting a bazooka announcement will be very disappointed
