The Chairman has stated that there will be no further dilution at AGM's. I suspect that further infrastructure development and capital to be injected by Cokal's association with Petrindo and Petrosea. That's how I'm seeing it playing out. If Cokal can negotiate the underground deal on such favourable terms, they've probably done some deals with those two companies also. Please note, I'm just thinking out loud and have no factual basis for my opinion.
