60/40 is pretty good deal for CKA I have been in stocks that have large companies farm in to get projects off the ground and they usually get 85/15 or 80/20 The argument being that 15% or 20% of something is better than 100% of nothing. CKA getting 40% is impressive.
The market is still hard to impress it seems. Might take a few days for the market to realise this is a pretty decent deal/announcement.
