Only one that can takeover is Eddie Chin as he has a blocking stake, Read the constitution, partial takeover to give effective control is not allowed due to not paying appropriate premium to gain control.. Eddie cannot takeover at a cheap price for same reason. Top 20 holders will not allow 90% to be achieved. IMO DYOR
