There are many investors (not pip traders), who are forward looking - if so then 'today' doesn't matter that much. Today Cokal is not yet a fully fledged producer and one suspects that to be one of the main reasons for the company's low MC. As to costs, it's worth remembering that despite all the spend on developments, CKA has not come back to the market for more funds to dilute holders further (unlike many other smaller companies) - a fact often overlooked - and evidenced by the latest announcement re underground mining agreements/arrangements. Meanwhile development continues.
