at some point when the debt increase becomes unmanageable then equity capital will also be raised and that would be the dilution you are taking about, excluding all other forms of dilution that is already happening.
At current coal prices Cokal is loss making -- I know you don't believe me, that's fine. just as debt rose this previous quarter, debt will continue to rise over subsequent quarters as well
