Holdings in any company depends on one's own risk appetite as all companies have elements of risk. Been led to believe that holding long term may provide better returns but over the last couple of years that belief has been challenged as many smaller companies struggle, struggled or gone bust - some were producers, some just hopefuls.

Guessing longer term means much longer than 2-3 years but company has to stay solvent and not be diluted savagely - and that part is getting harder. But then pip trading is also very risky. Then the case of many being diluted is happening with regularity.

Thus if one is not comfortable holding or for that matter pip trading then one should perhaps sell, even at a loss and move on. Whether CKA will survive and prosper is the risk holders take. You indicate you're not holding but have a buy sentiment - at current pricing you may have a lot more to gain than those who bought at 20 odd cents with all risks nothwithstanding but you know there are no guarantees. Just an opinion, so pls don't buy nor sell on opinions from unknown posters.

My holding is relatively small but currently in red - not selling whilst in red (unless absolutely necessary) but may add some more, funds permitting but of the mind that cash is still king and with rising costs and all, bills need to be paid - that too is getting increasingly challenging. So perhaps another pertinent question - what percentage cash should one be holding in these turbulant times?? GLTA. smile.png
