Definately cart before the horse.
The rotary kiln is another perfect example. No design finalised, how do they know the kiln is the appropriate diameter and length? Looks massive for the sort of rate they were producing pellets. I've worked on a few and they are all very different, a kiln for one purpose may be totally unsuited to their application. Lucky they didnt pick up a cheap packed bed dryer at the auctions as well!
