Yes, looks very much like they have substantially burnt through the $3.5M that was meant for Phase 2 and will need to go back to the well.
Also, they claim to have finished Phase 1 which would have had them producing up to 35,000 tonnes pa of coldry pellets and generating revenue from sales. Or was this just BS as well?
