an interesting snippet.......
both the Chinese and AGL (which owns the nearby Loy Yang A power station and mines the coal for both stations) realise that longer term there is potential to use modern technologies to generate power from brown coal that slashes emissions and creates huge amounts of clean water. Modern brown coal plants can compete with gas.
