Easy. Moves from Rapid ID checks to full blown reference checking, integrated with the client's HR hiring platform (of which X-ref already has the main ones tied up). Replicates with other major clients ....they already have an outstanding client base .....but replicate this kind of announcement with Woolworths, Bunnings, Target, KMart, Aldi, Qantas and so on. Simple additive chunks of revenue. Thats just here in Australia.
The opportunity in the US and Europe is much much bigger. Asia might be a tad more challenging until they get multi language support and integration with more localised apps, but it is very do-able. The business model essentially brings in cashflow in advance of "spend" when earnings are recognised.
Todays announcement was a big vote of confidence for me. If they can replicate this with another bunch of major employers, the market will take notice for sure.
