I’m not saying the company is a good or bad investment. It just seems that retail holders get sold up the river time and time again. Maybe this time it’s different. I hope so for holders. I don’t want to see anybody go backwards.

there is probably news of the kava bar supply in the mix. Will this be before, or after the raise who knows. Maybe it will coincide to make the raise attractive.

i am just pointing out the company has a history of making big news followed by a cap raise. Not once, not twice, multiple times.

potentially, this time at face value seems no different. I base this on the 0.67 quarters of funding available as per the last quarterly. We are now more than 0.67 through the proceeding quarter and a $2mill cap raise approved yesterday.

Maybe I’m wrong. Hope I am.
