I don't like the timing of this appointment which dates from after the AGM. It means we shall have to wait another year before we can vote on his election. Knowing the Chairman was previously the CEO of SBM when they acquired some problem acquisitions we will now have three Geos
on the Board and wonder how the voting shall go on any future decisions. I would not like to see MZ being outvoted on any proposal as his record at RMS is outstanding to date.
