My interpretation of the last ANN is that they are not including Fogs Block in this upgrade. Which also makes me think that they’ve probably gotten to 60MT without it.
If they end up obtaining the slipstream tenement and finding that the Fogs tenements join through the slipstream tenement and into Fogs East, then that would easily take us beyond 80MT.
