Radar, that Cap Raise you speak of in June was already announced way back in Jan/Feb period. This argument of 'should of CR at a higher SP' when it was at .04 is wasted. Check out announcement around that period rather than shooting from the hip.
I too am a little dissapointed with how this CR went down. As long as the pointy end of the register stays tight I don't see much downside at this stage.
