If our price point for renting a vehicle is very attractive (as mentioned by a few here) why are we not pursuing comparison website aggregators?. That’s our biggest selling advantage.
Only certain DMC vehicles would qualify but the comparison marketing exposure would be enormous!
So many renters use these sites to rent vehicles, there are company’s with far less vehicles and locations that use these so it can’t be a size or location issue, imo more strategy related and if that was the case I think that needs rethinking.
DMC has had no noticeable customer growth in years, we need to consider PROVEN traditional demand channels and show our cost advantages.
