When spreading the word about drive my car the main push back from my family and friends is " how do I know the person using my car is ok and not going to ruin my car?" Peer pass now alleviates this problem of trust and screens and does background checks. The customer experience is seemless by not having the customer fill in multiple application forms to verify their details . this may have stopped them using the service in the past as it would be too time consuming . I know personally I hate filling out multiple forms each time I use a service I.e house loan or phone contract.
