The focus for CL8 at the moment is to get the DMC concept right and working to a profitable level.
There isn't any point focusing on anything else because the process of making DMC a good business will bring learnings along the way. I know 2 years ago I didn't even have the thought of using corporate leasing companies to increase supply - but looking back it's so logical.
As a shareholder I wouldn't want them growing exponentially when they aren't prepared to do it mentally and physically. Their whole model is about scale, not just in rentals but in every market so they're gonna automate and refine process as much as possible.
Once they 'perfect' DMC then, and only THEN they can think global. It seems like we're almost there because of the mobilise concept which looks like it's going to be international from the beginning.
