@tedthebear , I think there is so much going on in the background that deferring the EGM is probably logical……and for me the fact they don't appear to be in any urgent hurry to draw down any large amount of funds is a positive.

Just to clarify your comment about the $250k loan…..any amount drawn down will be converted into shares and opts issued as per announcement if approved at EGM, only if it is not approved will the loan be required to be repaid…..can't see this happening personally.
