    I think the best investment WGL could make would be hiring a PR Manager. I think the cleaner at the office is dreaming these releases up. Just crazy stuff but they were right it is price senstive in a downward motion as investors look at this sort of CRAP and say "I dont want my money tied up in this shemozzle".
