There are several underlying points to this announcement, and I am going to stick my neck out and say one the best announcements yet. They are taking the development and announcement away from the slow moving hospital bureaucracy of hospital systems, because they believe in the product and platform. And clearly they are signaling grants and non dilutive funding paths are available. I think this is actually quite significant, albeit trying to put a positive spin for the cap raise.
