DANA probably already have established contracts with battery manufactures that suit their requirements.
Battery tech at present is sufficient.
LiS haven't even got a manufacturing plant up as yet.
At $380 a gram for bnnt (at present) and the other costs involved with a batttery, the extra expense may not offset the sufficient supply.
We would need to know how much bnnt would go in a JANUS truck battery to have an idea. The amount of bnnt in a cell would help but that can't be found. It's likely protected info.
