Yep.. was a good time for me to get in some of the extra money that I got back from the SPP scaleback, and average down that parcel at the same time.. No complaints here.
Generally though, it surprises me that people are waiting so hard on the next announcement. I get that there a lot of traders in the stock, but for us long term holders, are you really expecting any serious developments in the near term? I certainly am not. I'd be shocked if there were any substantial breakthroughs even in the next 2 years. I hold this stock because if and when the breakthroughs come, I would be very upset with myself for not having any.
I like to this of this as 'future remorse'. It's a basic investing strategy that has me asking myself: "What can I do now, that will make future me pleased with myself?" or alternatively "What am I not doing now, that will make future me disappointed?". Once I have some answers, I try to invest
