I understand that the nature of the collaboration, to put it simply, is that BUD will now, or eventually be the key holder to Parse. That is not an insignificant acquisition for a start-up, and definitely not worth calling 'lost direction,' or 'desperation.' In fact, those descriptions are quite laughable.
But anyway, everyone permitted an opinion, no matter how neutral.
